What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

When a subscription is cancelled, the platform is automatically locked to all users. To access your content, the platform owner must reactivate the subscription.

To avoid this situation, platform owners on a yearly plan will receive a renewal reminder a couple of days before the end of their current subscription period.

If a platform owner requests it, we can also completely delete your content and all data related to your Didacte platform. Please note that this action is taken seriously and is not reversible.
